This invitational tournament comprehensively evaluates the anti-loosening fasteners by evaluating anti-loosening performance, installation convenience, reusability and other indicators of the anti-loosening fasteners, so as to provide an evaluation basis for manufacturers and users.
A variety of products with anti-loosening capability, unlimited in form, with specifications of M10(preferred), or M16, grade 10.9; If special tooling and special assembly tools are required, please provide them together; Note: Special gaskets (with equipment) and supporting bolts (10.9 galvanized bolts) are provided by the organizer.
The anti-loosening tournament will be carried out on the closed-loop control fastener transverse vibration test machine of our center, which is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 16130-2015. The measured fasteners will be tightened on the test device to generate a certain clamping force. With the help of the testing machine, alternating transverse displacement is generated between the two metal plates that are clamped to reduce or even completely lose the clamping force. The clamping force value will be recorded continuously during the test. The slower the clamping force is reduced, the better the anti-loosening performance will be. The faster the clamping force decreases, the worse the anti-loosening performance will be.
Installation method: The installation process shall be provided by the participants or the pre-tightening force shall be installed according to 75% guaranteed load of 10.9 bolts (75% of the yield strength of the bolts for stainless steel products). Apply oil to the bolt threads. Test plan: Constant amplitude: 0.5mm (M10), 0.8mm (M16); Vibration frequency: 12.5Hz; 1500 vibration cycles; Test temperature: room temperature. (The live broadcast test is only conducted once, and if there are any objections to the test results, another test can be conducted, with the higher value of the two test results.). Note: If the bolt breaks or bites during the test, it will be treated as an invalid test.
